Painting this picture was a way for me to cope with the chaotic flow of thoughts, dialogues in my head, doubts, and anxiety. I wanted to make my inner chaos beautiful on canvas, and turn my anxiety into order and structure. The painting is self-reflection. You need to accept, live, and make something beautiful out of it, not destructive.
