I washed this oversize canvas with sky blue, eggplant and sienna brown with the intention of serenity. Hah! Over the course of it's evolution, the more energetic it became. Each day I was compelled to dribble, scrape, or lay on a shape more dynamic, or a color more vibrant than before. As strong as my desire for serenity is, my natural tendency is to get more excited as I like something more intensely. Yes, it shows. Color spins me into into an energetic state of infatuation. It's "Emergent" no matter what I do.

The painting size as represented in-situ is relatively accurate, but not exact. The deep 1-1/2" edges of your canvas have been painted as extensions of the main composition.
