We have a festival in India where the bulls are decorated in elaborate blankets and stoles and paraded around to collect money. This is my representation of the festival.

Also the Nandi(Bull) is often a representation of Lord Shiva and Ganesha is his son. So I took the liberty of showing him carrying and protecting Ganesha on his shoulders.... artistic liberties :)
