An elegy is a sad poem. This piece narrates the sadness that the environment is feeling. The nature is in deep despair as our ecosystem is facing threat from us.
As the arctic loses snow and Ice, barerocks and water absorbs more sunlight instead of reflecting it, accelerating the global warming. It directly affects the flora fauna in that region and other marine ecosystems and endangering the existence of many species in them.
We the humans have unapologetically used the natural resources for our greed.

It’s high time we rise up to this cause and address the issues of climate change and do something or else our future generations will not be able to sustain on this earth.

I have named this elegy for the arctic as I could feel the sadness when i was listening the soulful piano composition “Elegy for the Arctic” played by Ludivico Einaudi for the greenpeace initiative.

This is stretched and will be shipped in a box
