Artwork description:

"Perfect Imperfections" is a convergent series of digital art designed with vector based "Illustrator" software, and then printed by hand in water base ink. It is when silkscreen printed that these geometric abstraction pieces acquire a new dimension of motion optical illusions. The way ink feels to the eye is totally different from the computer monitor screen and from glicee high resolution printing. It is even better yet when colors overlap, as texture and transparencies are created. Beauty is born when the perfection of the digital shapes become imperfect on paper. The outcome always have an element of surprise. Each piece looks and feels very symmetrical but they all have an "error", an impertinent speck of ink, lack of pressure, or excess, a blurred line. And that is what you end of liking of each one: that little secret between you and the piece that makes it uniquely "human".
