Artwork description:

This is the magnificent Caban Coch Dam in Elan Valley Wales. Built in the 19th century, the reservoir sends its water via gravity all the way to Birmingham. This reservoir is just one of many that make up the wonderful and picturesque Elan Valley Nature Reserve and if you haven’t yet been there, it’s well worth a visit. If you love Wales or are just a fan of the great outdoors, this artwork sums up the region very nicely. The rich vibrant colour of the wild gorse, greenery and water soaked dam, help to provide a splendid texture mix and an abundance of depth, which will easily transport you away across the reservoir to the far away hills and beyond.

The real wood walnut & pewter frame complement this artwork very nicely. Other frame options are available at no extra cost.

This artwork comes complete with presentation box, a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist and is delivered ready to hang. Thank you for considering my artwork.

This genuine Limited Edition Artwork is 1 of only 15 in total. This means no more than 15 will ever be produced for sale. This Limited Edition number is guaranteed by the Artist and confirmed within a signed and registered Certificate of Authenticity.

The inspiration for my art comes from my inner desire to capture the colour and beauty of a specific scene which if missed at that time, could be gone forever.

I use a process whereby the original photograph is carefully modified using digital manipulation to create unique and stunning artwork which looks part photo and part painting. Although this particular method can be lengthy, my love for creating this style of art makes the whole process an enjoyable pleasure.

I always print to canvas using archive grade inks and specialist matt varnish. I find canvas (aside from being extremely tough) provides the best texture and depth whilst the specialist pigment inks and varnish deliver wonderful bold, vibrant colours.

Materials used: High grade canvas; Epson archive pigment inks; Specialist acrylic varnish.

Size of Art: 24” x 16” (60.96mm x 40.64mm).

This artwork is delivered ready to hang and comes complete with a real wood frame as shown, or other frame of your choice. If you would like something other than the ebony & silver frame shown, alternative frame options are available at no extra cost.

The stretched canvas artwork is inserted into a traditional type picture frame. This option provides the best of both in that you have the beauty and longevity of art on canvas, inserted into a traditional style wooden frame.

If you would like something other than this particular frame style, alternative frame options are available at no extra cost (this also includes Gallery Wrapped). I can also offer this artwork unframed. This is where the artwork is sent in roll form, which allows the customer to frame it themselves.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any queries regarding my artwork.
