This painting is from a drawing I did one rainy day several months ago, while tucked into the “Edwige Cafe”; my favorite Spot, when my town on the Riviera is wet and gloomy. I finally got around to painting it, just as the sketch implied. This canvas is painted around the edges so it can be hung unframed, if preferred.
