Acrylic on primed cardboard inspired by a jewelry artist and singer, who's got strong Eastern culture influence in her artworks. Thanks to the stories she posted online I got a whole idea of cats in different ornaments series.
Despite the pattern of the sort usually being very mathematically straight and aligned, I made it a bit skewed for a reason. This way I brought more life to it, but being not perfect, but very live, as if the background was the same moving as the fluffy pet laying on it.
The painting is framed and ready to hang. It was also a part of my recent exhibition in Tallinn's funky city part Noblessner. Exhibition was called "Cats & Ornaments".
