Painted entirely on location at Louse Point overlooking Gardiners Bay. Louse Point in the Springs was a favorite painting destination of Willem De Koonig, Jackson Pollack, and Lee Krasner, among other great painters. My goal was to capture the quiet stillness of the water and intense colors in the coastal foliage. The light was everchanging!
