This is an abstract work created with a mix of pastels on paper using a limited 'earthy' palette of soft light greens,sepia,browns and greys. An exploration of patterns, rhythms with the contrast between strong vibrant colors against very subtle hues.Inspired by the nature of earth and rock and the spiritual within.
Created on 170 gsm acid free paper using pastels,charcoal,chalk & wax chalk (bright sepia), the bright sepia has a semi translucent wax satin finish which contrasts against the pastel colors which have the typical matt finish of pastels.
This artwork has a 2cm white border all around it and it is an unframed work.
