Town scene painted using extremely bright almost offensive colours, this is to try and show that bright saturated winter sun, the kind of light where no heat is given yet we constantly shield our eyes from it in pain.

Erratic brush work and clumps of pigment give the scene a washed rainy effect that gives the whole work a mind of its own.
