This was painted on what was a fairly dingy morning until the sun popped out through the clouds. It was still quite misty and so I kept the colour fairly monochrome with a pinkish undertone. The paint texture is fairly thick and I have used linseed oil as a medium. It is a small painting and has been framed in a thick wooden frame painted in a dark grey.
