Original artwork description:

Inspired by one of those frosty sunny freezing mornings that make you feel that winter is'nt so bad after all. The sun has freshly emerged from hiding and gets straight to work warming up nature, but having a battle to break through the frost. Very long shadows spring from every vertical feature. The colours are mainly accentuated and illuminated by the low sunlight.

The creation.
Smooth board had a texture applied before tones of acrylic applied. Then oilpaint was applied with loose brush and palette knife strokes before translucent layers of oilpaint laid over certain parts.
