A calming seascape with early morning gulls.

This is a two-plate drypoint engraving and mono print. Drypoint is a form of etching where the image is created by scratching directly onto the plate. Since no acid is needed, the metal isn't dissolved as on an etched plate, but is thrown up on each side of the line, creating a thicker, soft line. This wears down with each successive print, hence the small edition of 10 prints.

The image shown is of edition number 6 and is the print you will receive.

Orders are wrapped in acid-free tissue, loosely rolled into a thick-walled, 10cm wide cylinder and dispatched signed and tracked within 4 days.
