This work was painted during plein air in the Crimea. We arrived in a small mountain village - Sokolinoye. Civilization hardly touched this city. It was spring, rains were raining and apricots were blossoming. Young green grass sprouted around. The air smelled fresh. I liked the motive of the source. In this area it is customary to equip sources as small houses. I wanted to preserve the recognition of the place, to convey the impressions of the spring state.
