Original artwork description:

A little bit breezier after chatting through the first bit of the session. Semi-abstracted the form using more vibrant colours (than Dysmenorrhoea I). Less tension in the air, so a more fluid form appears. The model still feeling blue even with the sun peeking through the studio roof-lights.

If you fancy a triptych of similar poses showing different moods through the colours used - you could buy and frame this with Dysmenorrhoea I and III. Offers accepted for buying all three.

Mounting/Mat Suggestion: An image is included of how the piece could look if float-mounted or put behind mountboard(s) [in the US known as mats] before framing.

It's also good for loosening up for a later painting session, trying out different media, colour combinations or pattern styles for tone.

NB the colour of the picture may be slightly different on your monitor/phone depending on settings.

Materials used:

pastel
