I often work with imagination and surreal compositins in my artistic practice but at the same time, being a painter and a traveller I always leave space to faithful landscape painting, and I do that regularly - depicting nature as it appears, as she truly is the ultimate teacher of harmony. Nothing to add to a moment like this one - a wonderful harmony of golden yellow dusk at a lake around one of the places I've came upon during my travels. Impressionistic reflection of a magical moment of light.
The painting is in oil on panel )canvas paper mounted onto synthetic archival board) - comes framed in gold varnidhed wooden framefloat frame (I particularly like this match suggested by my framer - really expands and emphasises the painting s language) and ready to hang.
