Original artwork description:

There is a moment in the evening, and it is ever so fleeting, when the landscape seems to glow and the sky is an amazing color. I think of it as the magic moment. One evening I was painting, and the light on my scene began to fade. So I began to pack up my painting gear. As I turned around, I saw this scene. I caught my breathe! There was a masterpiece of light behind my back! I had only a moment to capture it. The photograph captured the major players, but did not do the drama justice. So I have painted it - trying to capture the glow of that magic moment.
Recently finished! There is a lovely nuance in this painting.

It is framed in a custom wood frame.
