Original artwork description:

A gouache painting of a derelict hut at Dungeness. . It is a most extraordinary location having two or more light houses, a nuclear power station, a one third scale steam railway and is actually England's only desert, so lots of inspiration!!

I worked this painting up from sketches made these when I was privileged to accompany my wife to stay for a few days at Prospect Cottage, home of the late Derek Jarman.

It is executed on 300gsm, hot pressed, watercolour paper and is drawn in a realistic, Retro, style, is titled 'Dungeness Hut #7' is signed on the back, is mounted, framed and glazed and is ready to hang.
