Uplifting pinks and greens evoke memories of a late summer trip to Skagan, Jutland, the northern most tip of Denmark.

Loose brushstrokes describe clouds moving above the windswept dunes of shifting sands and lightly rooted heather.

This unique landscape has an extraordinary atmosphere, as it is where the Baltic and North Seas meet. The air is filled with ionic mist and a subtle ever changing light.

Painted in professional oil colours on a deep (3.5cm), stretched canvas.

Edges left a clean white (please see additional photo), so this artwork can be displayed unframed or framed. The deep canvas that this is painted on makes the artwork especially easy to prop on a shelf or hang.
