Artwork description:

This is an infra-red photograph taken at Duncton Down on the South Downs in Sussex.

I took this picture while looking for suitable candidates as part of an on-going project entitled Solotree, which features solitary trees in their landscapes. This part of the project will feature trees within the South Downs National Park as part of my exhibition for this years Worthing Artists Open Houses, and annual art trail in my home town. I will also produce a series of cyanotypes of some of the plants I find along the way.
