Original artwork description:

This location is a favourite, close to where I live in Yorkshire. The Lane is lined by hawthorns and a variety of wild flowers and lies amid beautiful countryside. This was painted on site looking towards a bright sun (contre jour), using washes of water soluble graphite and watercolour to form a base on which pastel was then applied with expressive strokes.
This work is presented double mounted ready for framing. It will be dispatched cello wrapped and carefully packaged in an appropriate strong cardboard box protected by bubble wrap and sent via a tracked courier.
A certificate of authenticity will be provided.
