Deep patterns, hidden in the surface, shaping the story of this piece. Every time I see it, this piece triggers something in me that makes me 're-paint' it - how do these different flows of colours come to form a head made up of a male and a female part?(which one is which is for you to discover). Through painting I have come to understand the functioning of my brain a lot more then I did before; I was largely unaware of the fact that we all poses acces to two different types of thinking - the rational, male way and the female, more intuitively feeling way. This large piece is an expression of this discovery and all the dreams that creatively expressing myself has made come true.
