Original artwork description:
A few years ago, I was the artist in residence at Catoctin Mountain National Park near Camp David, in Maryland. It was a blissful two weeks! I was given a cabin with electricity and running water and allowed to do as I wished. Needless to say, I painted everyday - and this is one of the results of my time there. It was painted in the early morning - just me and some fishermen. I think that they were wondering what I could be doing at that hour!
