The surface of the canvas is covered by a texture, which forms a rich and colorful background. And through this pattern the body of a young naked lying woman appears. She lies on her back in a relaxed position that refers to the myth of Danae. The picture is dominated by cold shades of blue and the warm silhouette acts as a soft contrast. There are blue, turquoise, violet red and yellow, white colors in this painting.
Original mixed media and oil artwork. Painted on linen canvas. Edges are in natural gray color. The canvas is varnished, delivered with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

NB! To ship the canvas I remove it from the bars and ship it in the tube. When received you just have to take it to your local framers to get it stretched on the bars again.
