This soft and dreamy watercolour evokes the dawn's quiet as a girl meets a majestic stag with equal reverence. I loved creating the frothy tangerine florets in her crown and his svelte and calm expression with his antlers fading quietly into the forest foliage.

The surface of the 100% cotton rag handmade paper has a slight tooth and that allowed me to get subtle texture especially in her cascading red hair.

This is an original watercolour on archival acid-free 100% cotton paper and is signed on the front.

I will package this artwork totally rigidly in a thick tube to protect it on its way to you.
