How often in childhood I dreamed of making wings for myself and taking off soaring like a bird above the ground! Having become an adult, I still fly in my dreams, soaring above the earthly bustle and still dream of wings. The prototype for my sculpture was a picture painted six years ago where I depicted my Son Gabriel.
Sculpture ist unique,
made in figurative style from steel and clay. The surface imitates patinated bronze.
Sometimes I want to return to the carefree world of childhood, where lightness and endless happiness determines every day, where trees are gigantic, adults are gulivers.
