Original artwork description:

The mansion I have thought of multiple times since I first saw it in a Croatian coastal town Moščenička draga. It has a private beach with stair access, multiple terraces, special entrance directly on the beach and beautiful gardens behind it. I wished to stay in it for at least one night but it is unfortunately not available for renting, so I captured it in a painting instead!

Painted on acid-free 100% cotton watercolor paper with professional quality watercolor paints, ensuring the colors do not fade over time. Easy to frame with or without passe-partout (additional white edge around the painting) due to the edges being slightly larger than the painting.
