This artist's book is neither completely a cook book nor a dream book. It is both of them together and something more. In this project cooking is used as a metaphor for dream interpretation as they both depend on subjectivity (taste) and imagination. The book includes simple recipes, dream dictionary consisted by food, recipes made only by ingredients that predict favorable situations (for example for fertility), juxtaposition of illustrations and ingredients which connect according to the dream dictionary, illustrations of food combined with illustrations of predicted situations etc. All these combinations and layouts look almost accidentally placed in the book (not in chapters or by order) as they aim to slightly confuse the reader, get him lost between real facts, imaginative elements and his own imaginative process. It is an almost dreamlike book which is about dream interpretation rather than about dreaming. It aims to show how we are fascinated by dreams and how we secretly enjoy interpreting them in ways which are so different that can become extraordinary. However we have every right to interpret dreams in any way we prefer as we are not yet fully restricted by absolute scientific answers. It can therefore become a creative activity which involves imagination to a large extent.
