Original artwork description:

The hero of this mixed media dog - portrait is my friend's little sausage dog, who's photo she 'd posted in her stories. The doggo' s sleep was so cute and he truly had a smile on his face that I just couldn't stop myself from painting it.
As I am into texture a lot these days, the painting has got many layers of sandpaste modeled by palette knife and layers of pastel hues of acrylic shining through one another. I've added golden metallic glow to the background and finished my idea off with confetty foil stars.
