Original artwork description:

A blanketed, androgynous figure asleep, juxtaposed with its own skeleton in yin/yang style. A meditation on the cycle of life, death, and eternal change.

One of my 'Memento Mori' cycle of works.

This work is a mixture of acrylic paint and coloured pencil on black card. The background is shaded with charcoal which gives a textured effect - it doesn't show up well in the photos :)

The original is around 39x39 cm.

Limited edition prints (sold separately) are 50x50 cm total paper size including a white border, the actual image size being around 44x44 cm. Print is numbered and signed on the border.

Materials used:

Acrylic paint, coloured pencils, charcoal
