Drass Town in Drass valley, near Kargil, India, is also called “Gateway to Ladakh” and is a charming little town.

Drass is known for being the second coldest inhabited place in the world, which also makes it the coldest place in India.

On our road trip from Srinagar to Kargil, we stopped for lunch at Drass, on a pleasant July afternoon in 2023.

The painting is signed on the front and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Please note that the colours of the original painting may slightly vary from what they appear here, although best efforts are made to capture the colors as close to the original, as possible.

The painting is on stretched linen canvas and will be securely packed in a cardboard box.
