Artwork description:

Dragons are referenced in many cultures throughout the world. Some are mystical, most are fierce, and some even evil. This dragon shows up amidst a sea of random noise. This handmade string artwork is made with a single string that is threaded on a circle. The background “noise” is created by random straight lines and contrasts with the dragon silhouette.

The dragon in the middle of its web knitted with a single 1.5km long string on wood with 200 aluminum rivets on the knitting area boundary. It's manifested in being, while it's seemingly woven from randomness, which leaves a strong impression.

Materials used:

String, Nails
