From the moment I poured the paint onto the canvas, I knew I wanted to paint dragonflies. The dark greens and blues of the paint colors reminded me of the beautiful lake in our small town, surrounded by lush greenery and cattails, with crystal clear water and dragonflies flitting about. The painting was created with fluid art painting techniques and traditional oil painting.
