Artwork description:

This print came after a drawing I made along an abandoned railway line in North Pickenham. Like many such lines, it is now a walkway. Over a hundred years ago someone drew a line on a map and though the railway has long gone, people still travel the exact line. A mere idea can last longer than wood, bricks and steel and we unwittingly follow the schemes of yesterday every day.

Please feel free to contact me to put a question or make a remark. If you would like this print in a flat natural oak frame 9.5 x 12.6 inches at a price of £120 delivered, I would be happy to create the listing for you. Please use the “contact me” button to get in touch.

Materials used:

heavy wove paper, oil-based printing ink
