This painting was inspired by my time at the Baltic Sea in the famous artist village of Ahrenshoop where I spent a lot of time at the sea watching the light changing in the evenings at sunset. The sheer beauty of those light shows made me always happy and relaxed and calm and here is an abstraction of what I saw. We might all need some light in these difficult times.
