The idea for this piece came to me after starting this writing series. I always like to try new materials and ways of expressing myself and try to learn from each new piece. Whilst making this series I started thinking about the power of words and wanted to create pieces with a positive message. This piece is aimed at encouraging everyone including myself to choose to be happy and positive rather than spending time unnecessarily worrying over things that we cannot control. I have definitely suffered from irrational worry and anxiety throughout my life and at some point you need to look at the bigger picture and realize that worrying about something you can’t control is a waste of your time, energy and harmful to your mental health. Try to take a deep breath and think of something positive that can change your mood, for me I actually like to sing positive song lyrics like “Don’t Worry Be Happy” to myself as it often helps to change my moods. It is not always an easy thing to change your mood and outlook and Mental Health is an area that we are still discovering and learning about. If you can’t find something to help change your mood or break the cycle of worry, anxiety or depression, talking to others about it can help, and there are also many professionals who can offer support, listen and help. You don’t need to go through it and suffer alone.
A note to International Buyers:
Shipping rates have increased in price all around the world due to Covid and other complications. Due to this I have had to increase the the cost of shipping my artworks in line with the Delivery Companies. I will always strive to find the cheapest possible option for the customer (usually my local POST OFFICE EMS Recorded Delivery, but unfortunately they don’t deliver worldwide at the moment) If the amount of shipping charged at purchase is less than the shipping company charges then I will refund the difference to the customer. This refund will be done after the picture has arrived safely and has been accepted.
Any import duties, taxes and charges that may be payable are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please message me to check if this might affect your purchase.
