Once upon a time, the future looked bleak with so much uncertainty! And now the future is a reality just the way I imagined it to be.

Amid the endless waves of human suffering, these past few years have been particularly harrowing. The pandemic, the Ukraine-Russia conflict, and countless other wars and natural disasters have made life painfully unpredictable. This painting was born out of that turbulence and chaos.

"Stay away, my precious child," it whispers. "For how can I shield you from the wrath of nature, the scourge of pandemics, the ravages of war, or the insatiable greed of mankind?"

This piece is a contemporary concept, powerful testament to the times we live in, capturing the fear, anguish, and desperate hope of protecting what we hold dear.
