Original artwork description:

A dog swims in the creek on a summer day, retrieving a stick. Dappled sun and shadows are inviting, warm and peaceful. I visit Johnson Creek often, sometimes painting plein air. This was painted in my studio from a photo reference. The frame is 1/2" width simple light wood.
