Original artwork description:

The space tells the story here, I believe, as much as the figures, although I have to admit that the title is a bit leading. I just didn't feel like calling it "untitled" so you could wrestle with it. But it does rather tell itself. A liminal space with people in it. Kind of stretches that definition a bit.

However, this painting is NOT complete...without the sister painting titled "Engagement". I am very reluctant to sell them separately, so I'm willing to talk about a dual purchase discount.

Many hours painting straight lines, all to set a stage.

Materials used:

Birch wood panel, oil, gesso
