Diving Into a Sea of emotions, inspired by the sea itself....and what I am discovering deep inside is not always serene or pleasant, the weight of some experiences can even be heavy ..but the waves of my inner ocean have a transformative power, and so some things really are changing their weight, are becoming lighter after a meditative or creative contemplation.
