Discovery_224 is an ink and fineliner drawing inspired by satellite imagery. It is made of multiple layers of transparent ink making up organic shapes that are contrasted by geometric shapes (circles), showcasing the contrast by nature and human-made constructions, as well as patterns found on maps. The drawing has much fine detail which will reveal itself upon close inspection - over time, new aspects can be discovered that for example may resemble urban settlement lights at night. tickling the curiosity of the observer.
