Part of the series of photos taken on the Staten Island ferry in New York. This image has been taken through one of the windows on the lower deck. The splashes of dirty muddy water from the sea and the dock have dried onto the window leaving the impression of a painting , through which we can see the sunlight in the corner and the Manhattan dock.
The black edge shows the outline of the window frame. This photo has not been retouched.

The Photo is a Giclee print on Hahnemuhle German Etching paper 310gsm. This is a heavy-duty paper with a textured, velvety matt surface, with a warm white hue with traits of a traditional artist board. It is an archival and acid-free paper.
I leave a white cm round the edge for framing (total paper size 31x41cm
Prints are embossed signed and numbered on the back.
