which portrays a man walking
accompanied by his dogs, in a landscape
that seems to fade around him.

The background fades away like a watercolour
which is diluted in the air, moved by the brushstrokes
where the figures seem to interact with him,
as if they were reflections of his own past.

He moves forward with a weary step,
perhaps remembering moments long gone,
and his dogs follow him with devotion,
as faithful companions of his destiny.

This work by Yamil Picco invites us to reflect on the fleetingness of life.
on the fleetingness of life and dreams,
about the paths we take and leave behind,
and about the unconditional company of loved ones.
