This light-filled and timeless scene of a camel in the desert speaks of the mystery and wonder of the dunes. The evening wind begins to pick up some swirling sands around the camel's legs.

I loved painting the beautifully coloured woven blankets and the strong shadows on the bleached sand.

The paper is the best 100% cotton/linen mix and made at Two Rivers Mill in Watchet, Somerset UK.

The camel - tired at the end of the day stands quietly as another group beds down for the evening...

A one of a kind original camel painting for the desert dreamer and is signed on the front.

I will package this artwork totally rigidly in a thick tube to protect it on its way to you.
