I thought it was time to take a departure from my Kids Series, and finally get around to painting some shoes!!! Well; it's been a long time since I pulled shoes out of my closet, and propped them up for a portrait.... A bit gun-shy, I thought it best to put the shoes into a painting, until I tested my "Shoe Chops", and determined I was ready to go "Shoe Solo"....This is basically a "Self Portrait" as it includes bits and pieces of my own.... This canvas is painted around the edges so it can be hung, unframed....
