Derbyshire Valley an oil painting by Mary Kemp

A small corner of the Hope Valley in Derbyshire. I think I prefer being on top of a hill looking down rather than in the valley itself even if it is very windy ,always.

To paint this I used oil paint on an oil prepared wooden board.

This small painting is framed in a hand-crafted neutral white wooden frame.
Dimensions: 23 x 23 cm (9 x 9 ins) framed. 15 x 15 cm (6 x 6 ins) unframed.
