Original artwork description:

Originally inspired by the colours of a sulfurous lake, it evolved into a stormy deluge.

Painting this piece was a real process; it went through multiple iterations, days of imagining possible versions, and finally, I arrived at Deluge. Whilst the process of creating never really ceases, this felt like a moment to pause on.

Starting with a layer of softly blended blues, greens and yellows, I added multiple layers of paint across the upper half of the canvas, letting them drip down over the rest. As you can see from the video, it was a long process but a rewarding one!

This piece is signed and dated on the back and comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. It will be carefully wrapped in tissue and foam board and shipped in a cardboard box within five working days.
