Original artwork description:

A young lad with pain and knowledge of the harder side of life, in his eyes. The bareness of the room contributing to his feeling of desperation and loneliness. A picture that literally climbed out of the canvas, but thoughts of my father that died recently came to my mind as I was painting. I usually paint 'happy paintings' but this one has a sadness that I don't know why I created it. It is signed, varnished and ready to display. Sides are painted white. Thanks for visiting this painting. Hope you will connect with it as I do.

Materials used:

Oil on good quality stretched canvas
