This series of abstract flower bouquet paintings are all about the pure enjoyment of what paint can bring in terms of uplifting colors, exiting textures and lyrical forms.

An artist usually has an inquisitive mind,
wants to know what is there to be discovered, has a desire to never stop learning and will want to have tried everything at least once.

And so the urge to take a side-step into investigating non-figurative art that stays far away from my usual very stylized and controlled images,
was getting to strong, that I gave myself the freedom to indulge in the pure joy of splashing paint on canvas and just let it evolve itself.

I hope you enjoy the visual vibration as much as I did creating this botanical abstract.

As usual, the flanks are painted as well and on the back you will find the title as well as my bigger signature and the year of making.

A certificate of authenticity is issued with this artwork.
